About Us

EcoProjekt is the continuation of ThyssenKrupp Xervon Austria GmbH Division Constructional Engineering and has been specialized in engineering and construction of company buildings for over forty years.

“The best solution possible with the right quality for a fixed price and date” – this was the maxim of ThyssenKrupp Division Constructional Engineering. This is still our guiding work principle at EcoProjekt.

ThyssenKrupp Constructional Engineering developed over 450 projects as constructional engineer and general contractor in Austria and abroad.

In 2007, the foundation for EcoProjekt was laid: ThyssenKrupp sold all division services worldwide. The management gave co-workers the opportunity to take over single divisions.

In 2008 engineer Peter Hintersteininger took this opportunity and founded “EcoProjekt – Beratungs-, Planungs- und Errichtungs-GmbH“. He took over the team of ThyssenKrupp Constructional Engineering and enhanced the more than 30 years of know-how in the area of commercial and industrial building.
